All content, including proprietary source code, platform architecture, training curricula, brand assets, and creative materials, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of CodeSpazio Solutions Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Training and Placement Disclaimer

While our training programs are meticulously designed to meet and exceed prevailing industry standards, enrollment does not constitute a guarantee of immediate employment. Placement outcomes are contingent upon individual candidate performance, demonstrated technical proficiency, and prevailing market conditions within our curated partner network.

4. Limitation of Liability

CodeSpazio Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the utilization of our software solutions or participation in our training programs. We maintain a target of 99.9% uptime for our digital products; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to variables in external hosting infrastructure or network conditions.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Fees for training programs and IT service engagements are determined through individual consultation with candidates or clients. Upon execution of a service agreement or finalization of course enrollment, refund eligibility is governed by the specific terms delineated in the respective service contract.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
